Lesson 5

Here's my first go at lesson 5. This was a lot of fun since I love Tom and Jerry, though I've rarely drawn them. I'm off to finish drawing more of this page and then onto some of those Clampett and Disney examples.


This one is off but it at least it follows the line of action

Finally, a little improvement. The arms are off and leg is too long but not bad.

Man, these are getting good. Very clear lines of action, and I really like your hands (paws?). Heh, That one Tom in the bottom drawing looks to be from a 1930s cartoon.. Those were happier times.

The poses are by and large spot-on! THey actually look like Toma nad Jerry! You're on the right path with this lesson, IMO.

Keep it up, my man!

You're doing some good work mate.

I'm almost done with the Tom & Jerrys myself. Keeping the curve on those lines of action be tricky.
