More Lesson 8-Playing With Proportions

Here's some more drawings from lesson 8. This time I tried changing the proportions of different body parts. I found changing the proportions to be a lot of fun. I was surprised by the results. A couple came out better than I thought they would.

I won't even compare this one to Preston Blair's, it's totally off. I'll draw it again.

I'm not particularlly happy with this one. The body looks stupid.
This one is way off too. The head is way too big and that really threw off the rest of the drawing.

I like the way this one turned out.

That one on the bottom is terrifying.
This looks like a really good exercise. It can be trying to draw the same subject more than once, much less in varying states of deformity! Nice work!

That second one, with his jowls puddling up on the floor tickles the ol' funny bone. Keep at it - you're on the right track, as far as I can see.
