I've always loved Michael Lah's animation, so I decided to copy a scene of his from "Droopy's Good Deed" to try and get an understanding of how he animates those hilarious walks and runs. Here's the first part, I'm going to keep working on the rest of this short scene.

I am newbie in animation field and planning to learn couple of software for animation, I will appreciate if you can provide me some guidance on this.
More specific can you please let me know which tools you have used (software) for this sketching animation (i.e. sketching and other tools to make it final movie).
